This resort suits me perfectly. The staff is fantastic, always ready to help. I love the 24-hour reception, in-room breakfast, and the seasonal outdoor pool. They once helped me find a lost item, which I'll never forget. Highly recommend!

Communication regarding check-out felt intrusive!!! High pricing for basic amenities like bottled water can be frustrating!!! Small pool area with limited loungers detracts from the relaxing vibe!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and the views from our room were just wow! The staff was super nice, always ready to help. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning. Seemed a bit pricey for a 5-star place though, and the towels looked old. Still, it was a memorable experience.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Vanilla Room, and the views of the caldera were simply stunning. The attentive staff made every effort to ensure my comfort, from the welcome drink to the delightful breakfast served with amazing panoramas. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed relaxing by the small pool area, which, despite limited loungers, always had a spot available. One downside was the limited pool space, but the overall experience was remarkable.

The suite I stayed in was well-equipped for my work needs, including reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace.

Breakfast featured freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Staff provided exceptional service, always accommodating requests with a smile. Perfect location near scenic hiking paths.

the view from the kapari natural resort is absolutely breathtaking! our vanilla room was sparkling clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the 7 course evening meal. it was delicious! the staff was attentive and helped with every detail, making our stay unforgettable.
